Your mgame Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access the Platform. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, mgame is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. mgame reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All financial transactions on the mgame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). mgame supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. mgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. mgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You must not fund your mgame Account using funds obtained through illegal means. The use of cryptocurrency of any kind as a funding source is not supported on the mgame Platform. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Anti-Money Laundering: mgame is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger a review and temporary suspension of Account activity.
mgame may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.
All bets and wagers placed on the mgame Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mgame.
The mgame name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of mgame. You must not use any mgame trademark without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, mgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
mgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. mgame is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

mgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited at mgame's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where termination is not due to a breach, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting mgame customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
mgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mgame will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and mgame arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact mgame's customer support team to initiate this process.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
